It was raining and cold that weekend, I used a company called Jump-N-Jam (759-4526) and they were awesome and affordable. The guy who set up the bouncer arrived on time, carefully set up the bouncer, cleaned it, was very professional, and returned to pick it up on time. The customer service that Jump-N-Jam offered was outstanding! I was in tears when I woke up Saturday morning to ugly weather and  in a panic. But, the staff at Jump-N-Jam put on their thinking caps with me to help me find a solution. I was able to get a smaller bouncer (it just so  happened that it was available) and they were willing to bring it and give it a try. Thank GOD it fit in my den! I will have to rent this again during the summer (so we can jump outside) because Jalynn, her friends, and my nephew LOVED  IT and the parents at her bday party were very impressed!
