Kyanna Garrett is a certified Rebound Trainer who believes that enjoying exercise is the key to staying motivated and consistent on a health journey. Having explored various fitness avenues, she ultimately discovered rebounding, which unlocked the power of natural, expressive movement—jumping, smiling, breathing, and dancing to music. It became a personal celebration, and that same energy fuels every class she teaches.

She offers dynamic, full-body workouts designed to strengthen the legs, core, and glutes while improving balance, coordination, and endurance. Most classes take place in the studio for a focused and energizing experience, while select outdoor sessions provide the added benefits of fresh air, vitamin D, and nature’s uplifting energy.
Kyanna welcomes all fitness levels, whether the goal is to improve balance, lose weight, or simply enjoy an energizing “jump and jam” session. She celebrates every victory, big or small, and is dedicated to making fitness fun, empowering, and rewarding for everyone who steps into her class.
